Where can I find tutorials and instructions for completing tasks?
Visit our Help Center for step-by-step tutorials, product guides, and instructions for using TradeFlow Planner. You'll find help with setting up your workspace, creating jobs and activities, managing schedules and manpower, inviting team members, billing, and other common tasks. If you cannot find what you need, submit a support request and we'll help you.
How does the free trial work?
You get 14 days of full access to the Pro plan — no credit card required. At the end of your trial, choose the plan that fits your team or cancel with no obligation.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No long-term contracts — cancel anytime. Choose monthly, or switch the toggle above to annual and save 15%.
What counts as an "active project"?
An active project is any job currently on your schedule. Archived or completed projects don't count toward your limit.
Can I add more team members to the Pro plan?
The Pro plan includes 5 team members. Need more? Add extra seats from Billing at the per-seat price shown above — no plan change and no call required.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and your project data is never shared with third parties.
