Troubleshooting
The handful of things that most often look wrong, and what is usually actually happening.

Most reports come down to one of a few causes: a role that doesn't allow the action, a working calendar that differs from what you expected, or an email that hasn't been confirmed. Start here before writing in.
You can't log in and it says the email isn't confirmed
Accounts stay locked until the confirmation link is clicked. Look for the email from when you signed up, including in spam. If it's gone, use Forgot password to trigger a fresh one.
A button you expect isn't there
Almost always your role. Members can't create or delete jobs, and only owners and admins reach Settings, Team and Billing. Ask an owner to check your role on the Team page.
A finish date isn't what you expected
Durations are in working days. Check the job's Work schedule — a job with its own working week, region or shutdowns calculates differently from the workspace default.
A day is still shaded as closed after you changed it
Make sure the override was saved for the right scope. A workspace-wide override clears the day everywhere; one set on a single job clears it only for that job.
An invited person hasn't appeared
They stay pending until they sign up with exactly the address you invited. If they used a different one, remove the invitation and send a new one to the address they actually used.
Still stuck
Write in with the job name, the dates involved and what you expected to see. That's usually enough to answer without a call.
Still stuck?
Tell us the job and the dates involved and we'll usually answer without a call.
